43 year old single mom needs financial aid to finish college with a GPA of less than 2.0 that was denied aid.?

I am a single mother trying to go back to college and finish my degree in education. The last time I went to college was 23 years ago and my GPA was 1.56. I was denied financial assistance including student loans due to my GPA from when I was 18 years old! I have worked as a teacher for 8 years in a private school but want to finish my degree to be able to earn a better living for me and my daughter. Where can I get help? I don’t make enough to pay for tution and books. I work 25 hours a week to be able to be home with my 11 year old when she gets home from school. I have the time to go to school but not he money to pay for it.
